1. What is BulkOffe?
BulkOffe is a daily wholesale platform offering one bulk botanical product per day at a special bulk price. Each product is available for 24 hours or until stock runs out.
2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
All products are sold in bulk with a minimum purchase of 5 Kg. We do not offer retail or smaller quantities.
3. Are prices inclusive of GST and shipping?
No.
All listed prices exclude GST and shipping charges. These are calculated at checkout or shared before dispatch.
4. How long is the offer valid?
Each daily drop is valid until 23:59 IST or until stock is sold out — whichever happens first. Prices are not extended to the next day.
5. Do you restock the same product at the same price?
No.
Each day features a new product. Once the deal closes, the price resets and may not be repeated.
6. How long does it take to process orders?
Processing Time: 2–4 business days
Orders are packed and prepared after payment confirmation.
7. What is the delivery time?
Delivery Time: 6–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and courier.

9. From where do you ship?
Depending on the product origin, shipments may be dispatched from across India. Final dispatch details are confirmed at order processing.
10. Do you accept returns?
BulkOffe operates as a B2B wholesale platform. We do not accept returns.
However, if the product is damaged or unusable upon arrival, please share clear photos and videos within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund for the product value (shipping charges are non-refundable).

12. Can I reserve stock without payment?
No.
Stock is allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. Items cannot be reserved without completed payment.
13. Will you provide COA or documentation?
Yes.
Standard documentation can be provided upon request, depending on the product category.
14. Can I request a specific product for future drops?
Yes.
You can contact us with your product suggestions. We regularly evaluate demand for future daily drops.
15. Do you offer GST Invoice ?
Yes, You can share your GST details during the order with a note or write to us at theavamco@gmail.com
